ValorGrid Community is distributed as open source software under the Mozilla Public License 2.0 for versions published after the licensing change.

ValorGrid Professional Edition is private proprietary software. Use, redistribution, or sublicensing requires express authorization from the owner.

The ValorGrid brand, trade name, logos, icons, and visual assets are not granted by the open source license for the code.
